in 1985 as the Water and Energy Management Division of Apperson
Chemicals, a major distributor of industrial chemicals based
in Jacksonville, Florida. On December 3, 2001, the Water and
Energy Management Division of Apperson Chemicals became a stand-alone
company, Ameri Serv Water Technology.
